Bank of America is looking to build out their Development capabilities in the Plano, TX, market.



**Enterprise Role Overview:**



Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

**This position will be located at our Plano, TX, technology center only.**



**Job Specific Description:**



Develops, Analyze, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Strong communication and presentation skills. Should be able to work with minimum supervision following the Pega PRPC best practices. Author Technical Documentation, familiarity with SDLC process, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



**Required Skills (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified):**



Provide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments. Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints. May be responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrix organization.



Candidates should have the following attributes / skills / experience



• 10+ years of total experience in IT - hands on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions



• 4+ years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool.



• Pega CSSA certified or Pega CLSA certified



• Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various PRPC Integrations



• 1+ years of experience in Agile Scrum methodology



• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent



• Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.



• Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle, SQL Server.



• Team member on a development team, Problem solver, and Technical intrigue



• Manages code migration from development through to production.



• May manage one moderately complex project and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.



• Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor.



• Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.



• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.



• Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met



• Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.



• May assist and help train developers with lesser years of experience



**Desired Skills:**



- Experience in creating the Routing Strategy using Composer is added advantage.



- Hands on experience in Deploying and Developing Genesys Reporting (ICON, InfoMart, CCPulse, Advisor, GI2)



- Hands on experience in Deploying and Developing CCPulse reporting



- Genesys eServices / Multimedia



- Genesys Outbound
