Better requires process discipline and simplification

Well be looking to you to perform and audit all activities necessary to multiple payrolls. You will be responsible for analysis of payroll calculations (International Payroll) to ensure federal and state compliance. This includes handling escalated issues and responding to inquiries from and providing information to employees, supervisors, and HR partners. Youll have the opportunity to assist with special projects as they arise and play an active role in initiating and implementing process improvements.

The qualified candidate will have solid payroll experience and a proven track record of internal and external stakeholder management. Youll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, and deadline-driven environment. Finally, youll be proficient in MS Office programs.

The annual gross base salary range is 18,299 28,785 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
