Payment Services Specialist (Card Services, ACH, Wires, Check Processing)

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Payment Services Specialist at our San Jose corporate office.

As a Payment Services Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:

Support plastic card programs (signature and PIN based), including ordering, managing card inventory and processing cardholder disputes

Process all ACH transactions (RDFI and ODFI)

Perform Federal Reserve check item processing (forward items, returns and in-clearing)

Process incoming/outgoing wire transfers

Our ideal candidate will possess: A minimum one year of similar or related experience in a financial institution strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of card processes including disputes and chargebacks in accordance with Regulation E timeframes and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification a plus. Exceptional customer service skills are required, as well as verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects a necessity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work well as part of a team required. Proven attention to detail, strong problem resolution skills and follow through a must. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Pay Range: $27.26/hour- $34.07/hour; based on skills and experience.
