Job Summary | The Kentucky Neuroscience Institute seeks an individual to provide front desk registration and scheduling services in a busy outpatient clinic practice. Duties include, but are not limited to: registration, copay collection, chart preparation, scheduling appointments for new and returning patients, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering telephone. This position supports efficient patient care and clinic initiatives for improving patient attendance and keeping attendance records. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Related health care experience preferred. AEHR, SCM, and APM experience preferred. |
