Monday Friday, day shift.

Job Summary

Basic responsibilities include answering all incoming new patient and established patient calls, assisting with directions, scheduling, canceling, helps answer basic billing questions, confirmation of appointments, share information about the College, specialties and clinic options and to assist with additional office tasks as needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Multi-Line phone, customer service focus, teamwork, effective written and verbal communication, empathy, judgment, problem solving, organizational knowledge, attention to detail, accuracy, computer literacy, 90% accuracy on skills assessment, 90% accuracy on audit, computer literacy, proficiency with sequential numbers, sensitive to patient privacy.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience

Experience with multi-line phone system and patient scheduling in a Medical or Dental setting highly preferred.
