**Job Description Summary**

Specialist located at our Healthcare Institute supporting virtual online product or solution introductions and demonstrations for Patient Monitoring Solutions. Drive awareness and differentiation of GE Monitoring Solutions through virtual customer interactions to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Establish the Patient Monitoring remote demonstration programs including running campaigns for Monitoring Solutions for internal and external customers. Demonstrate understanding of remote, digital business needs and developments to create and adapt remote pre-sales introductions and demonstrations accordingly.

**Job Description**

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Work with Commercial and Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) teams to conduct virtual online product and solution demonstrations to showcase technology, and design applications of the systems, in order to close deals and drive growth.

+ Develop demo scripts and questions for proper product and solution positioning across Monitoring Solutions (leadership, premium, high mid-tier) and Customer Segments.

+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts through virtual events and sessions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

+ Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists, Product Sales Specialists, Segment Leaders, and Clinical Education team members to understand account strategy and tailor product demonstrations to customer needs and desired outcomes.

+ Support internal and external Life Care Solutions customers using high-end production media, and streaming capabilities, for a professional online experience.

+ Provide clinical, technical and customer feedback information to business management, as well as, marketing, engineering and field applications.

+ Support and help educate the account communities across markets and regions in partnership with the CSS and Commercial Teams in those regions.

+ Consult and assist as subject matter expert focused on market trends in order to maintain GE's leadership in the Remote Lab Pre-Sales arena.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree and professional experience as a critical care Nurse

+ 5+ years of experience in sales or commensurate experience

+ Excellent Patient Monitoring Solutions product and connectivity understanding Driven by advancements in the role of technology to promote new methods of remote demonstrations

+ Proficiency in computer, network and connectivity skills to include Microsoft Office Suite products

+ Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills from a remote environment

+ Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare market trends

+ Superior interpersonal and telephone communication skills with exceptional professional disposition and demeanor

+ Demonstrated successful experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales and service experience

+ Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives

**Quality Specific Goals**

1. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken.

2. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken.

3. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

4. Complete all scheduled GE Learning, Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

5. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

6. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System

+ Knowledge in production and multi-media tools (HD cameras, production and conferencing software, recording and video editing)
