To meet the growing demand and go-to market requirements of our newly released video telematics product, Lytx is seeking a talented, creative, and driven person to provide the strategic vision and tactical enablement and training for our reseller partners. We are looking for a high achieving, organized self-starter to help us expand our enablement and training for our global partner community.

The Partner Enablement and Training Manager will be responsible for establishing the training, quality assurance and process optimization needs to support the partner's successful implementation and the end user customers continued success.

This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth Channel & International team and a chance to build training content designed to drive user adoption of Lytx solutions and help our partner ecosystem become self-sufficient in delivering tier 1 and tier 2 end user support.

You'll Get To:
  • Drive training and enablement activities across the partner ecosystem to assure a consistent, high quality service and support experience for all Lytx end users.
  • Define and execute a plan to help our strategic partners transform their end user training and delivery methods as a means to assist them with their growth initiatives.
  • Create new training content to meet business needs and support internal and external customers.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of training materials, assess content to determine appropriate instructional procedures or delivery methods and make appropriate changes as needed.
  • Coordinate remote classroom delivery of training materials/modules, maintain and manage training calendar, and training effectiveness through survey and feedback cycle.
  • Maintain existing procedures, policies and guidelines and develop new ones as needed.
  • Own and maintain knowledgebase(s) for internal teams and partner community and drive continuous improvements and efficiencies of the content.
  • Implement a quality assurance system to identify trends and lead continuous improvement efforts associated with training.
  • Monitor overall progress of quality assurance program through gathering relevant data and reports to ensure expectations are met according to predetermined criteria.
  • Perform other additional duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years' experience developing and delivering a successful technology training experience.
  • 3+ years' experience developing and delivering training to external customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience leading training and quality assurance functions, preferably with both internal and external teams, and a strong aptitude in customer support center metrics.
  • Prior experience developing training strategies based on a train-the-trainer model.
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining internal and external knowledgebase.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude to test, measure, analyze and adapt as a means of assuring a highly scalable and continuously optimized program.
  • Expert in project management and communication skills with experience driving timely deliverables with internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
