Role Summary:The role is part of the Region supporting Commercial teams to sell upgrade/option in the

Install base for the Imaging product by providing a deep clinical knowledge to build customer value

proposition in order to create a big customer interest. The successful candidate will work closely with O&U Leader, Product Sales Specialist, Account Manager (Services and Equipment) as well as with product Marketing.

Essential Responsibilities:1) Interaction with Sales Team:





+ Good integration with the sales product team; develop good long-term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level

resources in the team and the Company. Organize product demonstrations, site visits and followup



+ Prepare and coordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in

collaboration with Sales Account Manager



+ Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings



+ Co-ordinate customer follow-up and IB action to ensure maximum retention rate



+ Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales

potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues



+ Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes







2) Secondary mission:







+ Help for the creation of value proposition with Product team



+ Use Sales force to highlight new customer opportunity , or new orders



The portfolio of product is large : all the imaging modalities (including MR, CT, PET etc.)







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Previous experience with CT / MR systems



+ Bachelors Degree, preferably with a Clinical Medical specialization



+ Technical and clinical knowledge in Imaging



+ Strong commercial approach and selling skills



+ Technologist profile with analytical skills



+ Experience on the field with Radiologists



+ Interested in all clinical development for new product



+ Fluent in English and Greek; Additional European language is a plus



+ Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally



+ Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region as well as to nationwide

sales meetings and tradeshows



+ Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset



+ Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting
