Job Description

Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking to fill an Operator III role in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with all regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies and procedures. Area of manufacturing specializes in injection molding, extrusion and creams manufacturing.

All Shifts Available:

Days: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm

Nights: Monday-Thursday, 7:30pm-6:00am

Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 Demonstrates the ability to perform all process steps from equipment set-up, operation, cleaning / trouble shooting with a high level of mechanical aptitude and knowledgeable of all ERP systems within the production operation.

Primary trainer of those with less experience (and may act as interim Lead as required)

Execution of validation protocols as required. Advanced knowledge of cGMP standards.

Execute projects with minimal instruction and management oversight.

Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general and detailed aspects of the job, and their practical applications to problems and situations commonly encountered

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Qualifications

 BS/BA degree preferred. Associates degree and/or High School Diploma acceptable with experience.
 Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing or packaging related environment.
