POSITION SUMMARY
- To assist the Clinical Manager in providing leadership for the nursing staff, to assume responsibility for staffing, training standards, disciplinary problems and maintain open communication with clinic members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
  - CPR with certification every 2 years.
  - ACLS preferred.
- Educational Requirements
  - RN program, as evidenced by licensure.
- Experience Requirements
  - Three (3) years of management experience preferred.
  - Experience in a clinic setting, preferred.
  - Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  - Experience with computer system, required.
  - Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of nursing required.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Electronic Health Record.
