Job Summary | Pediatric Specialty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Team Leader to manage nursing teams with the divisions of BMI Clinic and Infectious Disease. This position will manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, as well as day to day oversight of nursing and clinical staff. The primary patient care role will be within Pediatric Rheumatology. This position will work closely with the division chief and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. The Nurse Clinical Manager works closely with the Practice Manager and Nurse Clinical Manager Senior to operationalize ambulatory clinic issues, nursing directions, scheduling templates, protocols, and staffing models.
