POSITION SUMMARY
- Engages in patient care in the Clinic setting using specialized knowledge, judgment and skills. Conducts clinic office visits and/or telephone visits to assess and responds to the patient’s condition. Works under the oversight of a supervisory physician.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current ND Board of Nursing license as Family Nurse Practitioner, required.
  - Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training, with certification every two (2) years, preferred.
  - ACLS certification, with certification every two (2) years, preferred.
- Educational Requirements
  - Education as required to obtain and keep current ND FNP license.
- Experience Requirements
  - Extensive knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, principals and practices, required.
  - Experience in specialized nursing areas, preferred.
  - CPT coding knowledge, preferred.
  - Experience as licensed FNP in clinic setting, preferred.

  - N/A
