**Job Description Summary**
**Job Description**
The Manufacturing Programs (MP) Leader is part of the Program Control Board (PCB) and ensures that all the manufacturing deliverables for each development phase of the program are planned and executed in coordination with Supply Chain according to GEs NPI Process and strategy established by PCB. You will work with the supply chain, engineering, your co-leader and the MP module leaders to execute any and all T901 programs through entry into service for the T901 engine. In this role you will act as a team leader with 3-4 dotted line reports with the MP team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Owning manufacturing related SDRLs
+ SLT report outs
+ Proposal Support
+ Managing production readiness
+ Manage suppliers in coordination with the module leaders
+ Run hardware cost and schedule deep dives
+ Participate in producibility reviews
+ Own EMD hardware delivery
+ Own the transition from NPI to Production
+ Participating in weekly PCBs
+ Coordinating MPPE/SC Communication
+ Supporting NPI Tollgate cost audits
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science or Engineering technology (or high school diploma/GED with 6 years' experience in manufacturing programs).
+ At least 5 additional years of experience in an engineering, project or supply chain position
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience working in an Agile Framework (FastWorks, Scrum, SAFe or LeSS)
+ Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems (Open Plan, EXCEL, LeanKit)
+ Knowledge of part should-cost analysis and processes
+ Knowledge of Additive Design and Manufacturing
+ Knowledge of Advance materials (CMCs, PMCs) and other advanced technologies
+ Solid oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Data analytics proficiency
+ At least 8 additional years of experience in an Engineering or supply chain role
