The NAS RPO Recruiting Scheduler will be based in an offsite location with a top-tier Investment Bank supporting Recruiters across the end-to-end recruiting process.

  • Will sit within Talent Acquisition in a large team, and this opportunity will provide experience and exposure to recruitment in a leading global financial services organization.
  • Will liaise with senior stakeholders and broader HR teams within the business.
  • Key logistical contact for planning and execution of interview scheduling to support recruiting processes
  • Act as point person for candidate inquiries
  • Data entry and tracking in multiple systems (e.g. applicant tracking system, on-boarding system, excel spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters
  • Utilize client systems to book conference rooms and travel for candidate interviews
  • Create detailed reports for internal HCM and senior management stakeholders
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to obtain approvals and respond to inquiries around compensation and other offer details
  • Serve as liaison between recruiters and Talent Advisors on any inquiries related to offer details or obtaining additional candidate information
  • Additional activities as needed to assist with the hiring process

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years' experience
  • Administrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a blend of onsite and offsite team members
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume
  • Assertive and proactive; positive attitude; willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with candidates as well as individuals in varied roles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
