Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. **Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Support GE Healthcare Finance/Business planning cycles including Growth Playbook (3-year Plan) and SII (1-year Plan).
+ Support quarterly estimation and cash forecast cycles
+ Support quarterly/yearly closing processes, tracking entries to go, R&O
+ Track actual operating performance and reporting results.
+ Work with commercial team to support dealer management/bidding process.
+ Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.
+ Support ad hoc projects
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 5 years of business management and financial work experience.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
+ Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP) or graduate of other financial leadership programs
+ Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma
+ Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
+ Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
+ Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
+ Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
+ Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
+ Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills
+ Experience working in a matrixed environment
