Health Care Logistics is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Materials Clerk to join our Team.

Some of the things you will do as a Materials Clerk
Duties include order entry, receiving, processing, restocking, shipping, buying, inventory control and various reporting.
- Verifies and accurately receives incoming shipments.
- Uses systems to input Packing List Details and Receive Product.
- Ensures all inventory items are properly identified and prepares items for distribution.
- Accurately handle inventory item/supply transfer to ensure the product is readily accessible for department.
- Repackaging or labeling products into selling units.
- Inspect product to verify consistency in appearance, size, color, etc.
- Create Specification sheets.
- Restocks items to ensure production has items readily available.
- Move product to correct locations.
- Review Orders for Accuracy
- Adjust inventory as needed.
- Process purchase orders
- Follow-up with Suppliers as needed.
- Run proper reports and process cycle counts throughout the month.
- Assist in Monthly Inventory Counts
- Assist in creating/maintaining Spec Sheet/Part Notes on all items.
- Other duties as assigned.
