OVERVIEW:  The purpose of the position of Marketing Manager is to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

  • Determine and create collateral, including email campaigns, sell sheets, brochures, banners and other pieces as needed

  • Support sales with preparing communications and notifications to the companys dealer network

  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics

  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention

  • Manage annual trade shows in both institutional and homecare segments

  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

  • Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

  • Additional duties as assigned by management



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:



  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.   Ability to write reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:



  • Bachelors Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four year college or university in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related filed; and 4 to 7 years of related Marketing and or Brand Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:



  • List of licenses, certificates or registration that are required to perform the essential duties of this job.



COMPUTER SKILLS:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.  Intermediate experience with Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Marketing Cloud & InDesign CC is required.  Proficiency in working with CRM systems, and preferably Microsoft Dynamics with Click Dimensions.



PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  



  • The employee may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift.  Employee will be required to regularly sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms.  Employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 25 lbs.



WORK ENVIRONMENT:



  • This position works in an environment with moderate noise levels.



TRAVEL:



  • This position may travel up to 25% of the time.
