For this, you are responsible for helping to drive impact and coordinate the Pricing 2.0 transformation in support of our broader business goals.

Role Responsibilities

• This person will report directly to our new Global Head of Pricing.
• This role will be accountable for keeping visibility across the broader transformation, driving individual workstreams, and building executive communication on progress made.
• Manage cross-functional pricing programs.
• Drive pricing-specific initiatives
• Build communications and coordinate efforts across teams.

Role Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a high-paced environment with demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities or bachelors degree.
• Previous management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate across the full organization in a highly dynamic nature
• Needs basic knowledge of technology solutions/product development to support pricing development.
• Need exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills as well as influencing tactics to partner with different types of leaders across the organization.
• Strong analytical background
• Detail-oriented and dynamic to work with a broad set of leaders within the organization.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is USD$114,655 - USD$202,055 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
