In this role, you are responsible for managing the relationship with the agents.

Role Responsibilities

• Primary contact for agents within in country region.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets and increasing transactions and revenues.
• Negotiates agency contracts within the region within defined limits.
• Identifies operational issues that impede growth.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the region.
• Evaluates market potential for each opportunity.
• Implements field marketing activities.

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years of client relationship management,
• 1-3 years experience sales and/or marketing.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is USD$86,000- USD$152,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
