JOB APPLICATION PROCESS:

This position requires the ability to operate our Water Jet and Plate Saw machines.
Second Shift- 10 am to 6:30 pm, some overtime possible.
Start at $17.50/hr DOE, possible increases based on ability and experience after 90-day review and through out the first year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to read the specifications, of the work order to determine any machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Follows order filling procedure per our ISO Quality Program
- Measures 1st article piece to make sure it meets accuracy or machine and work order requirements
- Completes all work order requirements such as, heat number, part number markings, tag number, PO number and packaging instructions on the work orders
- Observed machine operation to detect work defects or machine malfunction
- Reports irregularities to supervisor
- Maintain work area in a clean, safe and orderly condition
- Wears all proper PPE: Hard Hat, Safety, Shoes, and Safety Glasses
- Ability to speak and read English and comprehend drawings and machine operation instructions
- Ability to communicate with other employees
- Ability to operate overhead crane and other equipment necessary to perform job
- Ability to read a tape measure, or any other measuring device
- Ability to interpret instructions in written and /or oral
- Must adhere to all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
High School diploma or equivalent
