POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for nursing care of Mental Health Outpatient Clinic patients under the supervision of providers, RNs and department Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
  - Ongoing CPR certification.
- Educational Requirements
  - LPN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Experience Requirements
  - One year or more of LPN experience preferred.
  - Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval preferred.
  - CPT coding experience preferred.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - As determined by Department Manager or needs of clinic.
