We have an exciting opportunity for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR at our PROVIDENCE, RI location.

Primary Functions:

Generate shipping labels, export paperwork, including filing with AES/CBP, bills of lading and other shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments as needed. Coordinate with customers as needed for routing of shipments and special paperwork needs. This includes generation of invoicing data via an ERP system, or manual.

Coordinate freight shipments to and from customer sites, other Mahr locations, and some trade shows as needed.

Responsible for generation of other logistics paperwork from the ERP system, including pick sheets for customer order picking, and for internal work order printing.

Maintains data in ERP system such as HTS codes, customer information and shipping information.

Assists the logistics staff with various tasks as needed, such as work order picking, customer order picking, cycle counting or receiving duties.

Education / Qualifications / Experience:

Knowledge of Inventory control.

Working knowledge of PC and Windows operating system.

Ability to utilize E-Mail in a professional and courteous manner.

Previous usage of scanners and ERP system a plus.

Experience and certification with Fork-lift a plus. Ability to use a pallet jack a must.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Valid Drivers license a must.

1-2 Years of Experience with shipping, including international paperwork, receiving or stock room work.
