ADP is hiring an Inclusion, Talent & Community Learning Services Specialist


In this role,   you will play a key role in supporting the planning & implementation of our leadership development and inclusion, talent & community initiatives, focusing on operational processes while following standard operating procedures. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for details, client service, LMS administration and deployment logistics while operating in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborating closely with ITC program owners, internal and external stakeholders and facilitators to drive operational efficiencies and seamless delivery of assigned programs across the team’s portfolio of DE&I, talent & leadership development programs and initiatives
  • Adminstering LMS (Litmos) tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): curriculum setup & maintenance, session creation, course assignments, enrollment tracking, participation reporting, assisting associates with program and enrollment questions
  • Creates and manages internal communications for programs, such as enrollment invitations and webinar meeting requests, as well as answers to associate inquiries
  • Administering & posting content on ADPworks (intranet) and SharePoint sites.



  • Learning Management System Expert: Two – three years in a LMS administration or learning & development operations role or similar experience required.
  • Operational Leader: Track record of partnering with stakeholders, internal and external, to drive the success of projects/programs while motivating team members, prioritizing deliverables as priorities change and problem solving issues in order to meet desired outcomes.
  • DE&I Champion: Demonstrated history of staying abreast of this rapidly developing field and a deep personal dedication to building a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

  • Demonstrated LMS administration and operational experience required
  • Effective data analytical skills necessary.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
