Were growing rapidly and are currently seeking an Learning Experience Designer to support our Westminster, CO office.


This role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. The role also requires experience working with a product and/or engineering team in an Agile environment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate should be an adult learning expert who is creative, analytical, and customer-obsessed. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards and measuring the impact of the learning experiences they build.

  • Regularly revise, update, and enhance current training content and learning assets to reflect product changes, updates or releases.
  • Design and develop creative, user-based training materials utilizing interactive modules and videos.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the company to design and develop content that translates identified business needs into various consumable learning solutions.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and curiosity to contribute to the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.
  • Use appropriate tools and delivery methods to produce blended customer focused learning materials.


  • 5+ years of experience program management developing learning content, with at least 3 years specific to engineers or related technical roles.
  • Curriculum development experience across multiple modalities, online, instructor led, virtual training.
  • Background in user-centered design and learning analytics.
  • Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to maintenance
  • Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail

    • Camtasia
    • Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise)
    • Adobe Suite
    • SCORM
