In this unique global role, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction and ongoing operation and oversight of key technology governance processes within the IT Infrastructure and Operations organization and take care of the following:

Role Responsibilities

• You will oversee a team of Managers, engineers and operations associates and lead the ongoing operation, enhancement and monitoring of KPIs.
• This includes monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management.
• You will bring excellence in implementing effective governance, delivering enterprise applications initiatives, and providing high-quality end-user support.
• This role requires technical leadership to support across applications under Channel Engineering in DevOps and Shared Services.

Role Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience working in large teams collaborating across enterprise applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience into DevOps, Release Automation, Test Environment and Data Management, mock services, and performance Engineering.
• Hands-on background of tools and technologies like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Dynatrace, Splunk, CA Lisa, TDM tools. Good knowledge on one of the cloud, preferably AWS, in implementation and migration.
• Have highly functional, secure, scalable, and robust software solutioning experience from the product ideation stage to production deployment through collaboration with product owners, architects, test engineers, dev-ops, operations, etc.
