You will drive liaison between the Business, the Agent, and Systems for any technical-related matter; working closely with Fraud and Risk departments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security-related platforms and technologies, interfacing with others within the IT organization, as well as other internal business units and external customers/partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and requests in a timely manner.
  • Lead a team of analysts and external vendor resources to ensure that system solutions meet goals and meet business needs.
  • Accountable for PCI, Agent Victim Fraud, and System Compliance for Network Operations Ensure uptime and security of technical infrastructure at POS.
  • Oversee Software management and Compliance by agent partners to minimize risk by ensuring the agent maintains proper standards, with a focus on corporate Cybersecurity policies.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Technology, Finance or equivalent and 7+ years progressive experience working in finance, technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Management positions.
  • Fraud and Compliance background and/or knowledge, preferable within Western Union Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience managing large partners and programs; in addition to proven knowledge and understanding of large technical integrations (enterprise preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate updates in a concise fashion to Executive Management and to understand and meet their expectations
  • Verbal and written skills enabling effective management and utilization of both indirect and direct resources.
  • Bilingual level of English
  • Genuine interest in Cybersecurity and understanding of general information security principles.
