As Leader Consumer Banking Operations, you will be accountable for hands-on day-to-day execution and delivery of the operational services for our new digital bank account, WU+. You will ensure that the people, systems, and processes of internal and third-party service providers perform according to KPIs and support business and customer expectations. As the business grows, you will play a key role leading the expansion of the operations capabilities. Your position will be critical in coordinating, communicating, and leading across multiple internal and external teams and vendors globally, navigating a matrix structure. You will travel to ensure hands-on engagement with key stakeholders, teams, and vendors.

For this important role you have 7 - 10 years of industry experience, with 3 - 5 years managing operations and/or compliance operations within a banking environment, ideally consumer digital banking. You must have a good understanding of the European banking regulatory requirements and experience in building systems and processes to ensure operational compliance. You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and, the maturity, intellect, and leadership ability to pre-empt or rapidly identify and understand issues, propose solutions, and solve with minimum supervision. You have successfully led multi-cultural, cross-functional international remote teams. You can tailor messages for diverse audiences to achieve the desired outcome.
