Lead Program Specialist

Role Summary:The Lead Program Specialist will lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case.

Essential Responsibilities:







+ All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s)





+ Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests





+ Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues





+ Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract





+ May also support proposal and negotiations





+ Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities





+ Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures





+ Contribute to plan of larger unit





+ Work together with high level people from the business and at senior levels





+ Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done





+ Work on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management)





+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management
