Lead Industrial Cooperation Specialist

Role Summary:The Lead Industrial Cooperation Specialist plays a critical role in Supplier Management and compliance with contract commitments. This role is responsible for the preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment. The Specialist will become the subject matter expert for internal systems and partner with a diverse group of customers. This role is an opportunity to learn more about aeroderitives and spares parts while building relationships across GE Aviation.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Primarily responsible for all Industrial Cooperation



+ Requires integration and coordination across multi-functional organizations, including GE Finance



+ Provide leadership in managing the existing Industrial Cooperation Programs (ICP) and Revenue Share Programs (RSP) in support of GE business strategy



+ Products and systems requiring technical knowledge



+ Some customization to client conditions can be done





+ Secondary responsibility is for offset obligations and programs for the assigned region and countries



+ Provide leadership in creating, negotiating and managing business development



+ Technical knowledge, some client system customization









Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, sourcing or supplier management)





+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Cooperation and Offsets
