Lead Engineer - Electronic Hardware

Role Summary:The Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. You will be part of a JV dealing with FADEC International to design, develop, and certify the next generation of electrical systems.

Essential Responsibilities:







+ Develop new ideas consistent with the needs of the market place and the company





+ Develop program plans and deliverables





+ Execute in a timely fashion to meet all program plan requirements





+ Collaborate closely with Joint Venture partner to meet budget, timing, and deliverables identified





+ Provide regular updates in writing and orally to upper management concerning the on-going tasks





+ PLEASE NOTE : Work location listed is West Chester, OH. However, this position may also be eligible at our Lynn, MA location







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of IT, engineering, scientific or other technical experience)





+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering position
