Role Summary:The Lead Business Integrator (LBI) serves as the key pivot point between the ICA product management team and various cross-functional teams like marketing, operations, engineering, risk and commercial in the deployment of new product introductions (NPIs), product lifecycle management, structure changes and contract pricing updates in the P&Ls primary quoting, item maintenance and financial applications.

Essential Responsibilities:In serving the entire ICA business Enterprise Wide Solutioning is a key focus leveraging the various components and those of 3rd party partners in the most simplified and effective manner from creation to the field.

+ Provide functional catalog ownership for all of the software product offerings.

+ Manage all catalogs to include item descriptions, costing and material class codes through product lifecycle.

+ Encourage a solution approach to clarify and simplify the application of catalogs to the field in tight partnership with product configuration and product managers.

+ Manage all items set up and oversee all item maintenance in supporting item management and financial tools to include Market Maker, IM05, Text Master, CPQ/Sales Workbench, IIQT, Apittus, PRODERP and GLPROD.

+ Manage Product Controllership (PC) activities including commercial files, entering and managing workflows, and maintaining dashboards.

+ Manage the maintenance of all item attributes, short and long descriptions in all of the appropriate item management and financial tools on global level working with regional resources.

+ Collaborate with the product managers, marketing managers, and region commercial / services leads on pricing, promotions, and end of life notifications.

+ Lead 3rd party suppliers contract negotiations and contracting. Manage 3rd party suppliers overall relationship in collaboration with product managers

+ Lead logistics of customer collaboration sessions working with product managers, legal, and regulatory. Own logistics, NDA, contracts, and partner to the product managers and clinical analyst in conducting customer feedback sessions.


+ Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent business experience.

+ Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

+ High level of flexibility and passion/engagement.

+ Effective experience working with cross-functional teams to meet time-sensitive business objectives in a highly flexible matrix environment.

+ Creative problem solving strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.

+ Solid process and program management orientation, demonstrated project planning and resource management/allocation experience and the proven ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.

+ Coaching & Team Leadership skills.

+ External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view of the broader picture.
