I. JOB SUMMARY
The Lead / Principal HRIS Analyst will be a key player on the HRIS team that helps discover and define problem statements, evaluates solution options, and makes recommendations. The role will be responsible for creating detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implementing a deployment plan. The position will require that the individual provide knowledge transfer as needed with the objective of providing value-added solutions that enable our clients to meet changing needs of the global landscape.

The role is an internal role in HR and will liaise with individuals from other departments such as Procurement, Finance, Legal and IT as HR data connects to the rest of the organization. The Lead / Principal Analyst will be intensely involved in business process consulting with key stakeholders and will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of any and all HRIS solutions. The individual will lead the HRIS team on technical project processes, deliverables and contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities.


II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Function as a Lead / Principal HRIS Analyst supporting multiple modules and applications by providing support in the areas of requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and post go live support
Assist with aspects of HR as it relates to system requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, and technical support where needed.
Provide technical solutions for support tickets that come in through the eService portal relevant to the main HRIS system
Perform mass exports, imports, clean-ups, and research on any data requests; produce written documentation of data discrepancies, resolution, and timing of completion
Lead in HRIS system release updates including functional enhancement reviews with the business and testing
Lead in system testing; responsibilities include test script development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation
Conduct troubleshooting analysis; Document system errors and issues clearly/with screenshots; escalates for review & vendor ticket creation
Performs complex business analysis and business process redesign tasks.
Leads complex implementation projects as technical subject matter expert.
Provides leadership to other HRIS Analysts, makes recommendations regarding annual reviews, and provides training on modules and applications
Adhere to best data management practices and maintain a high standard of accuracy
Document all employee information changes made through system administrator role
Identify areas of process improvement while working cross-functionally
Maintain a catalog of reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools
Lead the effort to develop standard reports for ongoing HRBP and COE needs

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
10+ years experience working with HRIS systems and integrations required (with SAP, Ceridian, and other enterprise applications)
Strong background with SuccessFactors and previous involvement in multiple, full lifecycle SF implementations preferred. Certifications in SF modules, i.e., Employee Central is highly desirable. Knowledge of other modules is a big plus
Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global companies
Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows
Hands-on experience with all data models and excellent knowledge of XML
System configuration expertise in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint
Data management and integration knowledge of multiple enterprise platforms
Ability to analyze, problem solve and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
Strong organization and documentation skills
