Job Description



The LD Consultant will act as Leadership Development process and programs Subject Matter Expert/Process Execution Owner for two lines of business covering either Global Technology & Operations or Staff Support by providing end-to-end process support, including but not limited to:



+ Developing toolkits and resources to assist with LOB execution

+ Acting as liaison between LOB and Enterprise Leadership Development process lead (VOC, business needs, challenges, and process consulting, etc.)

+ Managing required LOB process/program tracking, reporting, data analysis

+ Supporting LOB-specific communication needs for various processes

+ Driving process and program execution and deliverables for LOB

+ Establishing an ongoing 1x1 relationship with LD Executive and assisting in the management of deliverables

+ Driving global integration/perspective into LOB deliverables, where appropriate



Core processes supported include: performance management, talent management, title promotions, 360 survey and assessment processes, onboarding, leadership development programs, organizational effectiveness and design, and employee satisfaction and engagement survey



+ Support and engage in LOB-specific consulting work (as defined by LOB and as capacity allows); consulting work may allow LD consultant to engage with the business/clients. Examples include:

+ Diversity initiatives/programs

+ High potential development programs

+ Talent and succession planning

+ Title promotions

+ Employee survey and affiliated high-performing culture development initiatives

+ Assessing and coaching executives

+ Designing/delivering leadership team off sites

+ Partner with LD and HR teams to drive streamlined process and encourage client self-service



Required Skills:



+ MUST have 2-3 years of experience within a Learning and Leadership Development or Human Resource related job function

+ Desire to develop / progress into client facing LD role

+ Command of MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and Powerpoint

+ Proven data orientation and analytic skills, demonstrating strong, basic statistical skills, as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results and arrive at well founded, logical conclusions

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Bachelor's degree required



In addition, individual must demonstrate:



+ Teamwork

+ Ability to roll up sleeves, run reports, review data, make recommendations around more efficient processes/procedure, etc.

+ Drive for execution with strong attention to detail; delivers polished work product with high quality in a timely manner – flawless execution is non-negotiable. All data needs to be accurate.

+ Curiosity; Constantly looks for learning opportunities in order to develop skills and knowledge.

+ Relationship management skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence peers and partners.

+ Process orientation– someone who is capable of thinking about processes end to end and considering pitfalls, barriers and opportunities along the way

+ Takes initiative and is a self-starter

+ Strong written communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/stakeholders
