Product Marketing Associate- Agribusiness Intelligence | New York, NY



Informa Agribusiness Intelligence is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Product Marketing Associate to develop outbound, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a suite of products in the commodities portfolio, including two commodities digital platforms and consulting services. In this role, you will work closely with the Agribusiness intelligence marketing team and cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management and Editorial to ensure your marketing goals and objectives are met. You will work closely to support the Director of Product Marketing – Americas on GTM strategies and will be responsible to work with the MarComm team for the successful execution of these strategies.


In this role you will:


  • Work closely to support the Director of Product Marketing – Americas to develop, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the strategic objectives of the commodities portfolio
  • Measure and report on the ROI of campaigns to key stakeholders as well as make data-driven adjustments to campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates commodities portfolio of products in the market and drives conversion across marketing channels
  • Follow and analyze industry market trends and apply concepts to marketing campaigns
  • Understand commodities target personas and serve as an expert on them, how they buy, why they buy, their buying criteria, their issues/challenges, etc.
  • Serve as an expert on your competition and how to position against them
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to gather useful and actionable information, and use it to continually align your marketing strategies to the prospect’s perceptions
  • Partner with various teams (design, content marketing, sales, events, product development) to implement strategies to drive demand
  • Work with the MarComm team and provide support when necessary to ensure successful execution of the marketing strategies
  • Support product launches outside of the commodities portfolio as necessary
  • Effectively execute the Pragmatic Marketing framework


Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in product marketing, B2B marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience achieving goals while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional role
  • Ability to influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Positive and can do attitude
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus but not required
