Junior Engineer will be responsible for Tool and Fixture Design and Development



**Job Description**



**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Design and develop Welding fixtures for Welding of Aerospace Assemblies in exotic materials for TIG / MIG welding processes

+ Designing and developing Fixtures for machining processes like turning, milling, grinding, drilling and EDM

+ Tool try-out, trouble-shooting and validation of new and old tools

+ Integrating low cost automation techniques to design optimal tools & processes

+ Working under AS9100 (Aerospace Standards) certification, besides ISO-9000 quality systems and OHSAS18001



+ Working in Cross Functional Teams with experts from Machining, Welding and Surface Treatment/Heat Treatment domain

+ Analyzing and developing parameters and creating data bank of some of the special characteristics/ properties as it forms a part of guarded technologies

+ Designing tools that would produce end results and products that meet demanding requirements of customer

+ Ensuring process Optimization for Quality, cost and timely delivery

+ Valuing the information received, efforts spent in creating every piece of information

+ Ensuring that the right information is accessed by right individuals

+ Ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information



**Qualifications/Requirements:**



+ Any Diploma with minimum 2.5 years of experience in Tool Design and Development ,Fixture Design and Development

+ Should have good Unigraphics (UGNX) software knowledge.

+ Should have good knowledge about tool cost calculation

+ Should be have knowledge of GD&T



ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS



+ Knowledge of Associated processes

+ Knowledge of High-pressure Hydro strength test, pneumatic leak test and flow calibration tooling

+ Knowledge of UGNX.12 AutoCAD
