Health Care Logistics is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated IT Product Specialist to join our Technology Services Team.

Some of the things you will do as an IT Product Specialist
Development
- Troubleshoot and document potential system bugs
- Assist in developing user stories around new features
- Conduct VOC calls with current customers to add to the roadmap
- Perform QA on bug fixes and new features being released
Installations/Setup
- Performing requirements gathering
- Initial configuration of the system
- Customer configuration documentation
- Assist in implementation and installation
Inventory
- Create, maintain, and execute SOP for provisioning new hardware
- QA new hardware from manufacturing
- Create SOP for the lifecycle of Inventory
- Verifying/tracking lot numbers and serial numbers within P21 by performing a monthly inventory audit
Support
- Provide supplementary remote training when requested from users
- Prepare documentation for system operation
- Prepare customer notifications for new functionality being released
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Creating End-User Documentation
Sales
- Perform Web demos with potential customers as needed
- Relay usage, volume, and pricing proposals to sales management as needed
- Conduct training with sales team as needed
Vendor Management
- Ensure Vendors are meeting timelines for the production of products
- Identify and communicate any issues between HCL and Vendors if they arise
- Schedule meetings between vendors and HCL as needed
- Publish Vendor Delivery Schedules to the HCL team
What education and experience you will bring to HCL
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical Writing skills required
- Computer Operation skills required
- Basic Networking skills preferred
- Customer Service skilled required
- Initiative-taking and team oriented; works harmoniously and effectively with others
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through
