Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer extensively for four (4) or more hours per day.


Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Additional hours as needed.

Job Summary

This is a remote work opportunity. Work location is not limited to a particular city or state.

The Center for Innovation in Population Health is seeking a Web Support Specialist to provide user support to users of the TCOM training website and the eCANS website via email and phone. Responsibilities include establish and foster relationships with third party software companies; providing user support via phone and email; communicating with other distance learning team members with important updates concerning users and website issues; and assisting users and third party software companies with software questions and problem resolution.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience

Knowledge and experience of website design.
