## **Job Mission**

Within ASML the sector of Development & Engineering (D&E;) is responsible for the specification and the design of ASML products. The department of Mechatronics, Defectivity, Equipment, Supply Chain Engineering & Integration Management has the responsibility to coordinate cross sector the integration of prototype and pilot module builds into semiconductor test rigs to verify that they meet functional requirements and performance specifications. The result is a test report.

## **Job Description**

You are the cross sector ambassador to manage Proto and Pilot NPI module builds and upgrades. Plan and drive the integration and qualification of prototype modules and software developed by multiple projects into state of the art test rigs and protos up to and including the official handoff to volume Manufacturing. "

* Determine test requirements and test equipment modifications & upgrades for New Product Introduction.
* Plan and drive the integration and qualification of prototype modules and software developed by the project
* Oversee the integration of New Products from component qualification & Module qualification on Engineering Test stands and Test Rigs (as applicable) through System Integration in VHV, in line with the integration plan set by the product development masterplan
* Manage & plan the upgrade/modification of Production Test Rigs and Test Stands used to qualify new components and modules
* Make sure all issues found on test rigs are properly reported and diagnosed. Chase and implement solutions.
* Monitor Material Status & Delivery during the pilot phase of NPI to ensure on time introduction & hand-off into production.
* Define milestones and deliverables with the Project team and verify they are met.
* Work with D&E; and Suppliers regarding design changes during Pilot phase to ensure readiness for Release for Volume of New Products.
* AIR (ASML Issue Resolution) Issue Management, including supporting Cross sector IRM (issue resolution Management) CCB meetings, escalations from VHV, Wilton & the field after pilot phase hand-off to production and through the completion of System Integration, including SNEP (System Node Enhancement Package) & OFP (Overlay & Focus Package) Upgrade issues.

## **Education**

Bachelor's Degree preferable in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences/Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience

## **Experience**

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant multi-disciplinary technical work environment.
* Experience in planning and barrier resolution in a dynamic development environment
* Knowledge of the integration PERT, ASML (recovery) sequences, metrology and measurement systems and/or complex system troubleshoot and diagnosis is a plus.
* Preferably knowledge of ASML system integration competences (business drivers overlay, throughput, reliability).
