Job Description
The pharmaceutical industry is entering a new period of rapid change. The need to better characterize and understand how to best serve our customers will be a near-term and long-term reality. This means that for Teva there is a need to curve and adapt our commercial model. Customers are being expanded beyond traditional MD/DO based healthcare models. Traditional ways of engaging our customers will need to be adapted in a post-covid environment. Due to these changes in care, it means new ways of working are emerging with new technologies to support how HCPs conduct their work. In order to enable Teva to be best positioned to serve the patients and the HCPs who treat them, an assessment and strategic approach will need to be developed for how the commercial organization will evolve. This means a full evaluation and strategic alignment built around the customer experience is necessary.
