  • Develop, maintain and improve the automation and configuration technologies supporting our infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and the application of tools to streamline and improve operations and services
  • Respond to alerts, errors and tickets rapidly, restoring service and communicating clearly and proactively
  • Be part of a responsive, collaborative 247 support rotation
