**_Primary Responsibilities:_**



+ Facilitate the incoming inspectors, to manage incoming inspection rules & execute the raw material incoming inspection before manufacturing;

+ Solve all raw material quality issues, ensure effective containment measures are taken, drive SQE and suppliers with effective CAPA ( corrective actions and preventive actions);

+ Manage Non-conformity material handling and MRB ( Material review board), work with fulfillment team to eliminate risk of material shortage;

+ Responsible for material scrap & COPQ analysis and reduction, work with cross functions to valid data and track actions effectiveness;

+ Work with GE global team Commodity leader/SQE to improve supplier performance;

+ Support gauge validation and calibration job;

+ Drive Quality culture.



**_Qualifications Required:_**



+ Fluent/clear English communication skill, can work with international team directly;

+ Mechanical or Electrical background, good ability to read specification, drawing, schematics;

+ Raw material quality management experience;

+ Knowledge on supply chain process and supplier quality management are preferred.
