Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Department: Implementation
Reports To: Manager of Implementation
FLSA Status: Exempt
* Support meetings with key stakeholders internally as needed to review, discuss and review issues.
* Assist with the development of project plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects.
* Provide action plans and issue resolution, as appropriate.
* Payroll expertise and ability to communicate to IPMs inconsistencies in the reporting.
* Clearly explain country specific payroll issues to IPMs to they can address with the clients.
* Assist with internal projects such as preparing proposals, customer presentations, and marketing efforts.
* Provide perspective, input, and support for the Project Managers on customer-related issues.
* Strong Excel Skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
* Interact and communicate with international partners to clarify country specific items.
* Relay pertinent payroll information to our global partners in a timely manner.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Ability to problem - solve and seek alternative solutions.
* Travel to client location when required.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
* Experience -- Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
* Other Skills and Abilities
o Bilingual Language skills are preferred
