Imaging Clinical Applications Specialist - MR

Role Summary:Responsible for driving and executing the clinical and educational processes and programs while developing strong relationships within VA Cleveland. As the education and applications account contact create and direct training strategies, provide hands-on and didactic training through the implementation of university style curriculums and processes.

Essential Responsibilities:



+ Support and assist the account to improve productivity, patient care and quality by optimizing user technical & clinical competencies, image quality, workflow and protocol management. Requires close collaboration and communication with multiple levels of internal and external constituents and key stakeholders throughout an account community.



+ Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based system / feature training and education support for large healthcare system over a multi-year engagement while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits. Healthcare system is defined as an entity comprising multiple systems in various locations.



+ Execute domain expertise responsibilities as outlined in the Blueprint of a Clinical Applications Specialist.



+ Act as a subject matter expert and education consultant to internal account community, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience and GEHCs account standing.



+ Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes. Communicate results to broad constituency.



+ Liaison with department leads to assist in standardizing and optimizing protocols / imaging parameters and provide current state/ progress updates to internal and external constituents. Facilitate best practice sharing amongst various account departments.



+ Assist customer in advancing new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques within enterprise. Partner closely with customer in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation as well as ongoing training needs.



+ Drive consultative applications services discussions and recommend additional support options for site specific solutions. Propose and deliver solutions based programs that drive productivity for the customer and growth for CEITS.



+ Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests



+ Establish and drive relations, collaboration and partnerships with all department / site relevant stakeholders







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Minimum of a Bachelors / Associates degree or equivalent and minimum of 7 years technical/clinical experience



+ Experience in coordinating training for large health systems, interfacing with all levels of an organization



+ Experience in speaking, presenting materials relevant to diverse audience



+ Subject matter expert in entire product line



+ Ability to craft well written training reports and communications to a diverse constituency.



+ Working knowledge of Excel & Power Point



+ Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment and places personal and business integrity at forefront.



+ Track record of exhibiting GE Beliefs behaviors. Viewed as positive role model for team.



+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills



+ Demonstrated acumen in interacting with wide spectrum of constituents
