Location: Evanston, IL
(Currently working remote but will return to office - must be willing to relocate or currently live in the Chicagoland area)

You Will Be Responsible For
Recruitment/Generalist
- Proactively handle all recruiting activities for an average of 3+ consecutive open positions
- Serve as a Rotary brand ambassador for internal and external applicants, recruiting networks, agencies, etc., by exhibiting our corporate values and representing Rotarys mission, vision, and essence to applicants
- Assist with employee investigations
- Managing data in the HRIS
- Providing coordination for Global People & Talent initiatives
Contingent Worker Administration
- Facilitate Contingent worker process in Workday and related systems
- Answer questions from managers about Rotarys Contingent Worker Policy
Administrative
- Maintenance of electronic HR records
- Ordering office supplies
- Facilitating room setup requests for meetings or events
- Facilitating redemption of living our values awards
- Other duties as assigned
