Serving as a results oriented and commercially minded business partner to the regional President APAC, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience in leading an HR organization in the region in a large, multinational, heavily matrixed operating environment. The individual will be a strategic thinker and\u0026nbsp;transformational architect who is looking to make a business impact through HR.\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey Responsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDrives and actively contributes to the development of the ESI strategy in the region bringing HR insightful expertise to the table in a proactive manner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDelivers strong HR partnership, HR procedures and processes that are value-added, measurable, directly tied to business objectives and aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunicates effectively and influences team and stakeholders towards thoughtful decisions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESets challenging priorities for self and the HR team in the region, demonstrating urgency in achieving these goals at a high standard of performance; is results-oriented and drives for closure on projects and issue resolution.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESystematically identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement and proposes innovative solutions to operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures there are positive and productive internal and external working relationship, investing time and energy in building transparent working relationships with key stakeholders.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFosters a One Team HR approach by collaborating with COEs to drive continuous improvement of our associate experience. Navigates complexity and a matrix organization effectively.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDirects, plans, staffs and manages the APAC HR team. Effectively coaches and activates the talent in the team. Demonstrates leadership and courage by proactively addressing performance issues in a fair, consistent and direct manner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks to inspire and build team engagement\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for maintaining quality and compliance requirements on all HR practices.\u003Cbr /\u003EUnderstands and communicates the Key HR Priorities that the teams and individuals are responsible for delivering.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStays up to date on trends and developments within functional area of expertise, constantly researches and uses best practices of similar and successful companies as benchmarks.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActively participates in ESI initiatives in support of the company strategy\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA strong voice of HR in the AsiaPac Region and a strong contributor to the ESI HR leadership team.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMinimum Requirements\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECountry and Regional technical HR experience and knowledge\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong communication skills. Fluency in English, written and oral\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA demonstrable track record of positive results\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrategic agility and the ability to influence and align senior leaders\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong commercial acumen.
