More and more partners are adopting HintMD's platform to make smarter business decisions through the ease of their customers' payment experience as well as in their competitive positioning.

We're looking for a Sr. Director of Scale to build, manage and lead the Scale Team. The Scale team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives the scale of HintMD's platform across the country. We focus on community-driven, code-driven and social engineering-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred method of driving up Revenue and Retention of Patients for Practices in their respective regions

We are looking to bring in an ultra-talented individual to plan and execute our scale and strategy to drive scalability programs. This cross-functional role will work closely with the Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to create and execute customer marketing and product adoption & engagement programs to drive usage. Success in this role means that you will own and drive the HintMD platform's ability to better serve a much higher volume of customers and drive the platform's fastest period of growth while supporting our high growth clients looking to scale-up and accelerate their business.

The scale department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to scale the HintMD platform faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like Special Forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about the HintMD platform, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Scale: Drive customer acquisition and retention in the US, trying new experiments every week. (White Hat SEO, Longtail Keywording, Content Marketing, FOMO Strategies, Referral marketing, etc.)
  • Community Groundswell: Navigate a tight-knit community of Aesthetic Practice Business Owners and influence the decision to adopt HintMD as the best in class tool for Revenue and Retention.
  • Social Engineering: Build multi-channel strategies together with your team to drive brand sentiment and a user base through social engineering strategies.
  • Partnerships: Identify and negotiate key partnerships with other software products to drive scale.
  • Business Analysis: Monitor and assess the performance of your market.
  • Leadership: Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute scale strategies.
  • Work with and support central product teams to improve tools to drive scale in markets.
  • Ensure alignment within other markets and HQ for regional and global initiatives. Adopt proven methodologies and bring innovation to the table that your region and all HintMD regions can leverage to grow faster.


What Skills You'll Need
  • 10+ years of experience, some of it in a hyper-growth company
  • Established strong relationships with KOLs in the Aesthetics Industry
  • Deep expertise in the field of Aesthetics with a solid understanding of the current product lines, operational dynamics of Aesthetic Practices, technologies used and the complexity of introducing new technology.
  • Proven expertise as a strategic thinker, planner and doer.
  • Hands-on experience in getting creative solutions and have a passion for analyzing data-driven campaigns and maximizing journey KPIs.
  • Expert in driving engagement marketing/outreach experiments; testing and iterating on emails and other forms of communication; operationalizing and measuring activities to identify internal efficiency opportunities.
  • Must have demonstrable results in establishing and maturing the cross-functional processes that align post-sales customer-facing, including identifying and resolving gaps in team collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and scientific concepts to healthcare professionals
  • Must have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and clinical acumen preferred.
  • Strong business background (commercially successful entrepreneurship, management consulting, i-banking, or similar commercial experience).
  • Expertise in B2B marketing including digital marketing and/or business development for a hyper-growth B2B company.
  • Experience in building and leading teams, with a willingness to invest in the development of your team to enable them to deliver their KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of the US region, including connections to relevant partners, full knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends
  • Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions
  • Experienced in driving brand awareness
