You will be responsible in defining a strategy for, executing and continuously improving client data analysis and conversions to support ADP Implementation process in 22 EMEA countries where our services are deployed.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPosition Summary: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EAs a member of ADP\u0027s GlobalView Implementation and Project Services Team, the role of Resource Manager is to ensure that all resource demand for current and future projects/initiative are tracked and fulfilled. This role will support in planning, implementing, and delivering resourcing strategies that are best fit to the requirements of the implementation and project services teams, as well as providing reporting and data analysis for the purpose of driving improvements in all areas of the organization.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EProject Controls:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain current and accurate deployment schedule and its attributes for both contracted clients as well as prospects\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for facilitating the project baselining and budgeting process using estimates from the global pricing tool and continuous input from Regional Project Managers\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage regular program/project forecast review meetings comprising all Project managers and key ADP stakeholders\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain project schedules and forecast of effort/role combinations, making updates and adjustments as necessary\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain an accurate overview of project phase closures providing the necessary triggers for sub sequential processes\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInvolvement on project closure procedure (final invoicing, final baseline review, quality audits, etc.)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERecord and maintain status for financial billing agreements against project milestones.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EProject Resourcing:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain team overview including information for all staff and external partners: working days, rates, company names, project names\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate process for on boarding external contractors - system access, allocation, extensions, user termination\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain controlled resource plan including assignments, availability, and planned time off - Reflect changes to resource allocation based on changes to project scheduling and rollout\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure that all resource demand for current and future projects is planned proactively\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAllocation of qualified resources based on project role requirements and individual\u0027s skills / profile, taking into account project budget impact\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStaffing of ad-hoc requests and gaps, including those of other departments\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProactively monitor resource capacity in order to identify potential conflicts and gaps - work with multiple teams to ensure resource coverage is achieved\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain overview of future staffing capacity demands and gaps - advise on recruitment need\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESingle point of contact for resource status and situation, as well as team manager reference point\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActively involved in cross regional and cross departmental alignment of resourcing processes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFinancial \u0026 Operational Reporting:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate the financial forecasting process and ensure accuracy of reporting (cost by project, capacity planning...)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIn liaison with Project Managers, ensure forecast effort by project is updated in PlanView- follow % of completion progression, time spent by project by month, costs per month and alert finance on slippage and project at risks\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain team utilization ratios report - measure time spent on all standard activities versus billable time and follow trends / evolution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms periodic communications to associates targeting key areas where data is not accurate or timely\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport the monthly financial closures by ensuring 98% completeness of time entries and approvals in accordance with the agreed schedule\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare the monthly PlanView closure report of costs for the EMEA team -
