As Group Leader, youre in charge of the management of banking risk operations in Brazil.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the guidance and maintenance of the department operations that may include, but are not limited to, analytics and reporting, decision science, loss and fraud prevention, collections, credit initiation, asset, and risk management.
• Provide input for the development of policies and procedures whilst recommending strategy for functional and business line they support and ensuring the implementation of high-end, business wide critical strategy set by senior management.
• Typically, you have full management responsibility for professionals within your team, and you will be expected to perform all duties inherent in a managerial role.
• Besides, youre part of the implementation team of the Digital Bank solution to be available in Brazil, already announced globally.

Role Requirements

• Economics education or related degree or equivalent experience are required.
• You need to have 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Compliance and/or Risk with previous experience in a management role.
• Experience in a financial service (Bank or finance start-up) organization and a solid understanding of Foreign Exchange payments and derivative products.
• Advanced Excel is exclusive.
• Advanced English level is mandatory. Spanish is desirable.
• Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
