This position is located in 400 Interpace Parkway Parsippany, NJ 07054
The Training Lead will develop, manage and roll out all applicable GxP training for the Global Audit Organization to enable effective audits of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging/ labeling, laboratory controls, technical services, storage & distribution and quality systems for sterile/non-sterile APIs, drug products, medical devices, combination products, packaging materials and service vendors.
This position will support the Global Quality Audit Organization in conducting training needs analysis, creating evaluation plans, developing and executing training plans, designing and developing training materials, following adult learning principles to develop the skill level and expertise of employees to operate in a GxP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret Global Quality Audit Organization performance and quality metrics, KPIs and trends to identify training opportunities
Create needs assessment strategies to analyze and define learning objectives and requirements
Design and develop training programs and materials in accordance with learning and development process (NA, evaluation strategy, design, development and implementation) by working with subject matter experts or researching content. Examples of such training programs will include new recruit auditor qualification and auditor re-qualification.
Working close with other departments in the development, delivery and monitoring of training plans to ensure the Global Quality Audit Organization continuous compliance with the FDA, MHRA, DEA, OSHA, and any other regulatory agencies
Scheduling and monitoring of GxP training and LMS training
Support in the creation of LMS account for new and existing employees and providing guidance to employees on completion of training requirements
Responsible for completion of annual curriculum review
Responsible for developing and rolling out annual training plan
Responsible for updating all new procedures and updated versions into LMS
Must be able to travel approximately 10% --both domestic and international
Perform GxP audits on an as needed basis; individual will complete the training certification to meet the requirements to perform audits as needed
Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned
Requires Bachelors of Science Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years experience of training and/or compliance in the pharmaceutical environment or a related regulated industry
Minimum 12 years of experience required as a Quality Auditor in a regulated pharmaceutical environment or a related regulated industry with a minimum of 75 audits performed in a Lead Auditor role
