The Global LTSA Tendering & Risk Manager will be providing commercial and technical support to the Regional Sales Team to enable growth of the Long-Term Service agreements (LTSA) portfolio across Service Grid business.

The role will be responsible of financial and cost modeling, ensuring accuracy of the financial model as well as analytics and identification of risks & opportunities for their assigned portfolio(s).

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Detailed study of technical customer specifications with internal and external offices, so that the best possible technical and economic solution is included in the offer.

+ This individual will identify and assess commercial, technical, and operational risks across a broad spectrum of commercial opportunities within the High Voltage Grid Service business.

+ Develop the calculation model (incl. cost structure, pricing, performance guarantees and risk exposure) and prepare formal offer documentation.

+ Carry out risk & opportunity assessment at tender stage to identify the risk characteristics, the condition of risk, measures to be undertaken to help the firm price to cover risks accurately

+ Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance to facilitate integration in risk evaluation the data collection made on previous contracts and to determine the level of responsibility of different parties

+ Sales support and follow-up in cooperation with the regional fronting units

+ Once the tender is won: handover to project management

+ Build risk/reliability models and engage in continuous improvement of LTSA Tendering Process, costing and risk models

**Required Qualifications**

+ Education in electrical engineering / energy technology at least at level BSc or comparable

+ Strong experience in the area of sales and preparation of offers, risk management, as well as a distinctive flair for commercial matters

+ Practical experience within our industry and, if possible, also in service, preferably with Grid products

+ Experience analyzing complex service contracts

+ Working knowledge of statistical modeling
